Reporting a bug

The most helpful reports say which game (Ludo or Snakes & Ladders), what you were doing (joining a room, rolling, moving a token), your device and browser, and what you expected to happen. A screenshot helps a lot. If it happened in an online match, include the room code if you remember it, and whether the link was opened from a chat app.

Before you write

If a room won't connect or an invite link misbehaves, the online rooms troubleshooting guide covers the common causes.
